Ninja Creami Acai Bowl

Absolutely delicious and incredibly easy to make, this Ninja Creami Acai Bowl has just 3 ingredients and is dairy-free! Just add your favorite toppings and you're ready to dig in!

Ingredients

  • 3.5 oz frozen acai slightly defrosted
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk canned, look for one without gums

Instructions

  • Add the acai, banana and canned coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to a pint container.
  • Place the lid on securely, transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place.
  • Run the Ninja Creami on the lite ice cream function. You will need to respin twice for the best texture.
  • Top with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Toppings

  • Fruit: sliced bananas, kiwi, blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
  • Nuts & Seeds: chia seeds, ground flax seeds, cashews, peanuts, pecans or walnuts
  • Misc: whipped cream, sprinkles

Notes

If you don't eat all of the ice cream in one sitting, make sure to flatten the top of the ice cream, replace the lid and store in the freezer. When you're ready to eat it again you will need to run it on the ice cream or lit ice cream function for 2 spins.
