Equipment

  • Ninja Creami

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit
  • 1 tbsp collagen

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. It's okay if some of the cottage cheese doesn't completely blend. It won't be clumpy after it's spun in the Creami.
  • Transfer the liquid to a pint and place the lid on securely and transfer to the freezer. Freeze for 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock into place.
  • Run the Ninja Creami on the lite ice cream function. You will need to re-spin it 2 times for the best texture. Tip, if you continue to get a powdery consistency's try adding in a tablespoon of liquid with the re-spins.
  • Optionally, top with sprinkles or your favorite ice cream toppings and enjoy!
