Do you love coffee ice cream, but can’t have milk? You’ll love this Ninja Creami Coffee Protein Ice Cream made with oat milk. It doesn’t sacrifice flavor and packs 30g of protein and less than 300 calories for the whole pint!

Ingredients

  • double shot of espresso
  • 1 scoop unflavored whey protein isolate I used Now Foods
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup oat milk I used plain extra creamy by Planet Oat
  • 3 Tbsp Monk Fruit in the Raw

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on.
  • Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place.
  • Run the Ninja Creami on the lite ice cream function. Re-spin once.
  • Enjoy!
