Tips & Tricks
- Prep in Advance. This recipe takes 18-24 hours to freeze.
- Have a Deluxe maker? This recipe is made for the original Ninja Creami ice cream maker. If you have the deluxe, multiply each ingredient amount by 1.5.
- Use a high-quality protein powder – Some protein powders can create an icy texture. My preferred brands are Naked Nutrition, Now Foods and Clean Simple Eats.

Tools to make this easy recipe
- Ninja Blender – I love my ninja blender. Not only can you use it for the obvious, like smoothies and shakes, but it also works perfectly for making the ice cream base!
- Ninja Creami ice cream maker – I am in love with this Ninja Creami.
- Ninja Creami Pints – I opted for these pints because they were about half the price but be weary if you need them quickly; it took about three weeks to get here. They did have some prime options for other pint containers, but I was being thrifty.

How to make Peanut Butter Patties Ice Cream with your Ninja Creami
- Mix the base. Add all ingredients to a Ninja pint except for the Cookies. For this recipe we used a frother to blend until smooth.
- Freeze the mixture. Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on. Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- Spin It in the Ninja Creami. After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place. Process the pint on lite mode.
- Re-spin as Needed. The mixture will be crumbly after 1 spin, so you will need to respin it once for the best texture.
- Add mix ins. Make a hole in the ice cream, place the Girl Scout cookies in the hole. Select Mix In Setting.
- Serve and Enjoy: Scoop the protein-packed ice cream into a bowl or enjoy it straight from the container. For a little extra flair, you can top it with your preferred toppings.
Substitutions
If you don’t want to use organic or A2 milk you can use Fairlife or a comparable dairy based milk. If you substitute for a different type of milk, like Oat Milk or Almond Milk, this may affect the texture and the amount of respins you need to do.

How to store
When freezing the ice cream pint, make sure the lid is on secured and it’s placed in the freezer on a flat surface.
What to do if you don’t eat the entire pint
If you don’t eat all of the ice cream in one sitting, make sure to flatten the top of the ice cream, replace the lid and store in the freezer. When you’re ready to eat it again you will need to run it on the lite ice cream function, and respin twice.
