  • Ninja Creami ice cream maker – I use the original Ninja Creami for this recipe.
  • Ninja Creami Pints – I opted for these pints because they were about half the price as the ones being sold by Ninja Creami, but be weary if you need them quickly; it took about three weeks to get here.

How to make this recipe

  1. Mix your ingredients. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Freeze the mixture. Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on. Transfer the pint to the freezer and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Process in the Ninja Creami. After 24 hours, remove the lid and place the pint into the pint holder. Place the lid with the blade on top and lock it into place. Run the Ninja Creami on the lite ice cream function.
  4. Respin for the perfect texture. The texture will be crumbly after the first spin, simply run the Re-Spin function to get that perfectly creamy consistency. If after the first re-spin it is still crumbly, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of milk and re-spin one last time.
  5. Serve and Enjoy. Scoop your homemade chocolate malt ice cream into a bowl or cone and enjoy the rich, malty flavor with every bite.

  • Next, transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint and place the lid on.
